紅玉 muffin at the cherry blossom season
Anne taught me that she loves the Japanese apple called 紅玉（Kou Gyoku）.
You can get them through whole year now but easily find in the cooler season.

Before coming to Japan I have never eaten any muffin, not too long ago.
Now I'm learning every ingredient in or not in Anne's recipes and interviewing every person around me of their stories and memories about muffins.
Those memories are the very precious of mine and the practicing time. ♡
