Mikage Gluten Free Bakery products are carefully handmade from the highest quality ingredients, and individually packed and shipped. However it is possible that something could go wrong. If you find any problem with your order, we will replace your order. Please contact us at email@example.com and describe the problem. We will respond to your email within one week.
Mikage Gluten Free products are typically shipped chilled or frozen. If your products can not be delivered directly to you by the shipping company because of scheduling conflicts on your end, the products will be returned to Mikage and your order will be considered fulfilled. Mikage can not offer a replacement or refund in this case.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded. Please contact us if there is a problem with your Gift Card purchase.
Receiving your Replacement
If your exchange is approved, it will be processed and your replacement will be shipped to you within 30 days. We will contact you to confirm the shipping schedule.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Mikage Gluten Free Bakery will offer you a full refund or store credit if for any reason we are unable to ship the product you have purchased. In this case, we will contact you by email.
If you are unsatisfied with Mikage products and don't want a replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the problem. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and the refund will be credited by means of the original method of payment, within 30 days.
